Soil Aeration

Aeration is a really simple process that does some amazing things for your soil, and in turn for the vitality of your lawn.

Aeration is nothing more than removing a small, finger-sized piece of dirt from your lawn. What makes it special is that it also contains a small layer of thatch buildup that often prevents water, air and nutrients from reaching the soil where they need to be. The tiny soil plug also contains millions of microbes that help digest that thatch layer and convert it into organic mater than is then recycled back into the soil.

This entire process is repeated 1000s of times across your lawn. Although at first, the plugs may seem unsightly, they quickly breakdown and disappear.
